


Extra vergine olive oil
This organic quality olive oil comes from our olive trees in Ceglie Messapica, the heart of Puglia. The qualitative production is based on two local varieties: Cellina di Nardo and Ogliarola Leccese.
Cellina di Nardo olives have a rich, fruity taste with a slightly sweet undertone. They are not overly bitter and have a pleasant, mild taste. Ogliarola olives are known for their mild, fruity, slightly peppery taste.
At the frantoio, our olives are cold pressed within 4 hours after harvest, which is our extra virgin quality olive oil.
